Open Gym Rules

• This is a non-instructor based class.  You must have taken at least 1 class with us and have a waiver on file.  

• We typically have a class running at the same time as open-gym which means a specific apparatus may not be available.  You may bring your own or feel free to email and find out what will be available for use. 

• You may not bring spectators/visitors.  

• You will be asked to remove all jewelry including wedding rings.  Please leave all jewelry at home.  We cannot guarantee the safety of these items.
