FAQs

What Do I Wear To Class?

Close-fitting clothes are best.  Leggings or tights that go below the knee are the best option.  Jeans are not allowed on the equipment.  For level 2 or higher classes we suggest always having a long sleeve shirt or elbow coverings as well.

While bare feet is preferable, socks are totally fine to be worn too.  Socks with grip on the bottom work best.

Absolutely no zippers, or jewelry is allowed on the equipment. -no exceptions.

Remember: â€‹

  • You were not born strong and flexible, we all have to work to get there.  The only way to get there is to continue classes!

  • Ask for help! Don't try that cool new Instagram video alone.  Many transitions are harder than they look.  Without the proper technique or spotting serious injuries can occur.
