Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a dynamic class that builds strength, flexibility, while learning to climb, wrap, and move gracefully on fabric that is open at the bottom. 

Aerial Hammock

Lyra

Aerial Hammock is a supportive aerial apparatus that allows students to explore inversions, wraps, and flowing movement with added fabric support.

Lyra is a circular steel apparatus suspended in the air that allows students to explore strength, balance, and expressive movement.

Aerial Rope/ Cordelisse

Class Labels

Sequencing/Choreography: creating mini routines and building on them.

Intro/Beginner: Perfect for new flyers or students with some experience. Please note- some beginner and intro classes will be combined if low attendance.

Level 2/3: Comfortable with inverts in the air 6 months to 2 years of experience.  

Mixed Aerials: A variety of apparatuses. 

All Levels- A variety of sequencing with accommodations to fit any level student!

Open Practices

Open Practice- Time for individuals to come practice what they have learned in classes.  An instructor will be present for safety reasons but this is not an instructed class.  You may bring your own aerial equipment or use ours. This restricted to students only.   Out of town artist? Shoot us an email :) 

 Kids Open Practice- Time for individuals to come practice what they have learned in classes on any apparatus.  An instructor will be present for safety reasons but this is not an instructed class. Restricted to ages 10 and older.  Only kids who have taken classes with us are able to participate. 

We offer a variety of specialty  apparatuses that are not always on our weekly schedule.  Book a private to learn. We offer chains, net, sphere and straps, cyr wheel, balancing chairs, and german wheel.
