About the event
Its National Hoop Day and we are celebrating! Come join our hoop troupe with workshops and hooping practice! We will be showcasing three workshops starting at noon followed by an open practice. We will be raffling off a few custom made hoops made by our own troupe and free classes to the studio! Light snacks provided. Get ready for 3 hours of your favorite flow art!

15$ Ticket- Light Hooper- 1 workshop, open flow jam
8$ Ticket- open flow jam from 2pm-3pm
October is Mental Health Awareness month. Our raffle proceeds will be going to Mental Health America to bring awareness to this cause. Raffle tickets are a 1$ Cash or venmo.
