Kids Circus Camp Morning Session

Service Description

Geared towards kids 7 and up. This 5 day workshop will prep kids on learning the circus arts! New in 2024 we will incorporate diabolos, stilt walking, and specialty aerial apparatuses. We will practice aerial dance, magic tricks, juggling,  balloon animals and more! This is ok for new or returning students! We will have multiple instructors to divide our groups up into experienced and new students. Class Structure: Day 1: Acrobatics and Aerial (be sure to wear leggings or long pants) Day 2: Rola Bola, Diabolos (yoyo tricks), hoops and act building (shorts are fine for this day) Day 3: Aerial, spinning plates, stilts, act building Day 4: Acro tricks, aerial, act prep Day 5 Showcase prep and Showcase On the last day- the last half hour of camp-parents/friends/family will be invited in to watch mini routines and acts created by our students!   We will spend some time building routines and incorporating games into learning new circus tricks! The cost of the camp includes all five days for 3 hours a day and the showcase.  The showcase will be free to view.   What to bring: We ask that everyone brings a water bottle and a small snack.  We stay very active and a snack definitely helps students get through the day!  About the Instructors: Emily, Jen, and Brittney are professional circus artists that have traveled the east coast performing circus acts and aerial for audiences of all ages.  They have taught countless interactive kid circus shows at schools, camps and at fairs. 

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept walk-ins. Camp must be pre-registered for. Refund Policy: If a student is booked for camp and can no longer attend- they are eligible for a 90% refund up to 8 weeks before the first day of camp. If summer camp is canceled within 8 weeks of the first day-students will only be eligible for a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds. Any cancellations made outside of the 8 hour window will be credited a class pass back. Please call us if you are running late- otherwise you will be marked as a ‘no-show’. Transfers are not allowed. The individual that signed up for the camp must be the individual that shows up for camp If a student is unable to attend they will not be allowed to transfer their class to someone else. If your child is sick for a day please reach out to us and will try to accommodate the lost time.
